If you haven’t heard, Grove Fitness is a new 24 hour fitness gym located in Fair Grove, Missouri.
At Grove Fitness, our goal is to offer a well equipped, fun, safe and clean atmosphere for people to workout and enjoy the journey to staying fit and healthy.
Being in the health profession has taught me just how important those daily workouts are to achieving complete wellness in our lives. As busy as most of us are these days, very few people actually meet the goals needed for cardio and strength training in day to day activities to obtain the results we want without some sort of additional workout.
That’s where Grove Fitness comes in. We have brand new state of the art exercise and strength training equipment to assist you in meeting those goals. At Grove Fitness we are here for the new mom just wanting to get rid of those few additional pounds as well as the serious athlete always pushing to the next level. No matter what your situation, we want you to look good…and feel good.
